Mastercard, Amazon, Salesforce top gainers; GE, Gillette, Facebook largest losers in Interbrand study

In the 20th edition of the annual Interbrand Best Global Brands report, the top gainers were Mastercard at 25%, Amazon and Salesforce at 24%.
